Eric leads Davis Technology Management from the front, bringing nearly 30 years of Network Engineering and Leadership, while hiring over 1,000 technology professionals during his career. He has overseen existing enterprise IT organizations and built several from the start-up to the enterprise level. His organizations have been the backbone of companies that successfully merged and those that were purchased by multi-national corporations. Eric is an avid runner who completed the 50K course of the Kodiak Ultra-Marathons.
VP Talent
April Toms actively oversees all Technical Staffing and Recruiting. Her 20+ years of experience translate to speed and accuracy, delivering results for IT Leadership, Mid-level roles, short and long-term projects. April is also an avid runner who has completed marathons and multiple extreme sport challenges.
VP Business Development
A.J. Fox leads New Business and Sales initiatives. Since the Internet went mainstream, A.J. has sold Martech and Technology Services to SMBs and prominent conglomerates alike. His proven approach puts relationships before revenue. A former multi-sport athlete and coach, he now runs to stay fit.
VP Technology
Jason Roberson heads up Technology Services and Projects. A hands-on leader, he regularly joins his teams in the field. Jason served 12 years in the United States Army and was an accomplished Paratrooper. He’s also a Cross-Fit owner / instructor and regularly runs a variety of road races.
